A little about me
As a Wyoming native from Jackson, I'm proud to say that I have a deep passion for psychiatry. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Honors Psychology and Global Health from Northwestern University, and went on to complete my MD at the University of Washington School of Medicine through the Wyoming WWAMI program. Along the way, I earned additional certifications in Integrated Child and Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Perinatal and Reproductive psychiatry.
In addition to my clinical work, I have taken on various leadership and teaching roles, including serving as Chief Resident during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic and coordinating the Advanced Psychotherapy Interest Pathway. After graduating, I opened Wyoming's first Perinatal and Reproductive Psychiatry Clinic and became involved in improving maternal mental health care through organizations such as the Utah & Wyoming Maternal Mortality Review Committee, the Wyoming Chapter of the Postpartum Support International, and recently through the University of Wyoming's Project ECHO series on Perinatal Mental Health.
I'm so grateful for this journey and the incredible experiences it has brought me. One of the best parts of my work is that it inspires me to explore my passions beyond medicine. I love traveling, experiencing new cultures, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me!
